Outgoing Goods On-line order receipt VersaCold prepare schedules for picking orders to efficiently match distribution schedules that are also triggered by the order receipt.
  Order Picking and Sortation Selection of goods are optimized to achieve minimum costs while ensuring maximum accuracy of item pick and sortation of products for distribution to retail outlets.
  Order Picking Orders are palletized, ensuring lighter or more fragile items are positioned to avoid damage. Before being released for distribution, orders are checked for accuracy and temperature.
  Distribution Packed orders are made available in sequences that minimize truck turnaround times and maximize on-time deliveries to retail stores. Deliveries to retailers' stores are made using VersaCold's own refrigerated fleet or subcontractors ensuring product integrity. VersaCold distribution centers are strategically located alongside main transport links to enable cost efficient and timely distribution and receipt of products.
Incoming Goods Product Replenishment Products are reordered and received daily from retailers' suppliers, either through VersaCold placing orders or customers accessing VersaCold systems to determine their inventory requirements. Full inventory histories are available.
  Product Receipt VersaCold check temperature, condition and order fulfillment accuracy before accepting goods for their customers. Customers are advised on-line of receipt of products including supplier invoice details if required.
  Product Storage VersaCold storage processes enable cost efficient retrieval by utilizing various inventory management functions including use-by date selection.
